As part of the Fachkräfte-Offensive NRW, we offer free, practice-oriented support tailored specifically to the needs of companies in North Rhine-Westphalia. The FAI NRW team supports companies every step of the way - from needs analysis to recruitment and integration. We offer free support and provide practical advice on how to overcome legal and bureaucratic challenges. With the help of structured checklists, we make it easier to manage immigration-related documents. We also advise companies in all phases of integrating new employees and support them in setting up and maintaining welcome structures that promote long-term cooperation. We pay particular attention to family reunification, where we are also on hand to advise you. Our comprehensive services range from practical workshops, information events and helpful publications to checklists and best-practice approaches through to individual advice before and after recruitment. The project is supported by the Ministry of Labor, Health and Social Affairs and funded by the European Union.
