The Employee Happiness Awards (EHA) is a platform that celebrates companies making a real difference in employee well-being and workplace culture. Launched by Plan3Media, EHA is built on a “winners-on-merit-only” philosophy, featuring a transparent and independent judging process that ensures only the most deserving companies take the stage. In recognition of this approach, EHA is proud to hold the Awards Trust Mark from the Independent Awards Standards Council. After three successful editions in the UAE, the awards have expanded to Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Malaysia, continuing our mission to spotlight people-first organizations across industries.
