Our Mission Our mission is to democratize access to AI-native investment banking. For decades, sophisticated deal execution and financial intelligence have been concentrated inside a small number of large advisory firms. We are building agentic systems that automate the technical work of transactions, enabling small and mid-sized businesses, advisors, and operators to access capabilities that were historically limited to institutional deal teams.
