Dr. Reddy’s and Nestlé Health Science Limited (formerly Dr. Reddy’s Nutraceuticals Ltd) is a joint venture between Nestlé India and Dr. Reddy’s to take health science nutraceutical portfolio to consumers across India and other agreed territories. The JV is focused on broadening its product range across various segments, including metabolic health, hospital nutrition, general wellness, women’s health, and child nutrition. The company is headquartered in Hyderabad, India and established in August 2024. The JV Company will leverage the capabilities as well as services of the Nestlé Group and Dr. Reddy’s. Select brands such as Nature's Bounty, Osteo Bi-Flex, Ester-C, Resource High Protein, Optifast, Resource Diabetic, Peptamen, Resource Renal and Resource Dialysis of the Nestlé Group and brands like Rebalanz, Celevida, Antoxid, Kidrich-D3, Becozinc from Dr. Reddy’s are being licensed in the nutrition and OTC segments.
