Material thicknesses ranging from 0.05 to 40 mm are processed—with cutting accuracies of up to 0.01 mm depending on material thickness and cutting contour. The range of materials extends from metals and precious metals to high-temperature and nickel-based alloys, non-ferrous metals, ceramics, glass, plastics, and elastomers, all the way to fiber-reinforced composites such as GFRP and CFRP. Material procurement can be handled by the customer or managed entirely by DeSta Microcut. Short production and delivery times are ensured by extensive machine capacity, a large inventory of raw materials, and efficient processes.
