The Delaney Correctional Consulting Group was formed in 2022 to provide expert witness services regarding the Prison Rape Elimination Act Standards (PREA), consulting services to agencies and other entities regarding protection-from-harm best practices in adult and juvenile confinement, and PREA auditing services. Consulting services include, among other things, policy and procedure review and development, training and technical assistance, inmate education improvement, inmate-risk-screening development and calibration, inmate-reporting process improvement, incident investigations, and quality improvement.
