About

Chavez Family Industries empowers individuals, leaders, and organizations to overcome the confidence gap that prevents talented people from reaching their full potential. We believe many highly capable professionals, especially high-achieving Latinas, possess the skills, experience, and passion to lead but are often held back by self-doubt, imposter syndrome, cultural expectations, fear of judgment, and limiting beliefs. Our mission is to transform self-doubt into self-leadership through leadership development, executive coaching, keynote speaking, strategic consulting, community engagement, and the healing power of art. Using our signature Latina Leader's 4-Phase Model, we equip individuals with the tools to lead, speak, write, advocate, and make decisions with confidence, without shrinking themselves to make others comfortable. Co-Founder Jorge Chavez expands our impact through custom high heel artwork and large-scale murals that inspire confidence, celebrate culture, foster connection, and promote mental wellness. His work transforms public and private spaces into meaningful environments that encourage reflection, healing, and conversation, demonstrating how creativity can serve as a powerful outlet for mental health. The company operates across two primary creative divisions: Jorge Chavez's Visual Arts Division, specializing in one-of-a-kind hand painted shoe art, abstract murals, and original canvas paintings; and Victoria Chavez's Professional & Creative Division, encompassing business consulting in servant leadership, authorship, and niche modeling. Chavez Family Industries is positioned at the intersection of art and entrepreneurship, leveraging the distinct and complementary skills of its co-founders to generate multiple revenue streams while building a recognizable family brand. Our mission is to build a legacy brand where art, strategy, and storytelling converge, creating lasting cultural and economic value for our family and the communities we serve.
