The Charlottesville-Albemarle SPCA (CASPCA) is a non-profit animal welfare organization whose goal is to provide a safe and nurturing environment for the lost, abandoned and homeless animals of the City of Charlottesville and Albemarle County and to place those animals in loving homes. In addition, we provide medical care to our animals in residence and low-cost veterinary services to pet owners.
