BWK is a combination of corporate and academic leaders that came together to develop practice-based education in communication skills. We believe that sustained practice in listening, communication, and leadership skills changes how organizations operate on a daily basis. Although some organizational problems are common, we treat each organization as a unique entity. We are excited to work with people from all levels to understand their perspectives and practices. From there, we develop training programs designed to meet the organization’s challenges.
