The BMW STEP programs provide state of the art automotive, paint and collision and motorcycle training to aspiring BMW/MINI technicians. Conveniently located across the country, STEP provides hands on , real-world training to graduates of post-secondary schools (automotive, diesel, collision, MMI degree required) and arms them with the skills to begin their careers at authorized BMW/MINI dealerships.
