At Big Mamma, food changes everything. Since 2015, founders Victor & Tigrane have built more than trattorias — they’ve built spaces where food creates joy, connection, and memories that last a lifetime. And it starts with our Squadra. We believe when you care for people, they care for others. That’s why we empower every team member to grow, have fun, and bring their whole self to work. Together, we serve generosity, laughter, and maybe a little chaos — because changing lives starts with changing how we work, every single day. We don’t just source ingredients — we build friendships. Since day one, we’ve worked directly with over 170 small producers across Italy, supporting their craftsmanship and bringing their passion to our plates. Like the Gennari family’s 24-month Parmigiano Reggiano from Emilia-Romagna or Salvatore Corso’s mozzarella di bufala, discovered 10 years ago on our first road trip. Every season, we travel the Boot to find new treasures, staying true to our promise: no middlemen, no shortcuts, only the most authentic flavours of Italy. Opening a trattoria isn’t just logistics — it’s an art. At Barbarella in London, every role was a brushstroke: the Chef fine-tuning flavours, the Bar Manager setting the mood, the Floor Manager choreographing the flow. Step inside our trattoria in POV, welcomed by the Squadra as they craft, shake, and serve their creations. From the kitchen’s heat to the bar’s rhythm, every moment shows the passion and precision behind an opening night. This is what it feels like to be part of Big Mamma: energy flowing, ideas flying, everyone working together to create pure magic. Could you be the next to host?
