We’re a curious, collaborative team that loves solving hard problems together (and having a good time while we do it). You’ll find us working from our two offices in San Francisco and New York City. We recently gathered in San Diego for our bi-annual company offsite. Previous destinations include Bozeman, Cape Cod, and Nashville. Stay tuned to see where we go in February 2026! This is a pivotal time to join Baseten. We’ve accelerated from exciting startup to a premier AI company. We’re in a notable scale up phase where we get to solve a whole new set of problems – both technical (e.g. scaling our infrastructure to support an increasing number of inference requests) and operational (e.g. growing our team to meet accelerating customer demand). It feels like we’re at a sweet spot where there’s a ton of great momentum and it’s still relatively early with so much left to build.
