Based just north of Southampton, our Store Support Office (SSO) works to support our colleagues and stores right across the UK and Ireland. In our bespoke, modern and eco-friendly building, you’ll find an incredible team of talented people in a huge range of roles. Our SSO is home to an onsite gym, Costa coffee shop and large canteen, catering for a variety of tastes. It’s also home to teams ranging from Digital and Marketing to Finance and HR. We want to make it easy for everyone to have a sustainable, good home. Few businesses can match our focus on sustainability. We have a history of developing and leading in the responsible sourcing of key materials. We have big ambitions to reduce the environmental impact of our own operations and to help our customers and colleagues create sustainable homes.
