Audi has won almost every race in motorsport – now it’s time for Formula 1. From 2026, we will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship with our own factory team. To get ready for the first race in 2026, the Sauber Group will be taken over by Audi. While the power unit is developed in Germany, the car is built by Sauber in Switzerland. Want to find out what’s going on behind the scenes of the brand’s most challenging motorsport project? Audi Revolut F1 Team is a team unlike any other. While one part of the team works at the state-of-the-art Audi Competence Center Motorsport in Neuburg (Germany), the Sauber F1 factory is located in Hinwil (Switzerland). Love to work with the most advanced technology and have a passion for racing? As we transform into a factory team in Hinwil, we’re looking for people who never stop challenging and know how to push the limits. Have you got what it takes to write motorsport history? Audi and Sauber is a strong combination: The expertise from successful Audi factory motorsport programs meets more than 30 years of F1 experience from Sauber. To meet the challenges ahead, our team is looking for new team members who bring an athlete’s mindset to the mix. If you believe boundaries only exist to be broken and giving up isn’t an option, we would love to hear from you.
