Albemarle Hopeline as a private, non-profit organization provides comprehensive direct and preventive services to victims of family violence, sexual assault, and teen dating violence in the counties of Pasquotank, Camden, Chowan, Currituck, Perquimans, and Gates. Services provided include a 24-hour crisis hotline staffed by trained advocates; emergency shelter for those fleeing domestic violence; court advocacy including assistance filing domestic violence protection orders; and supporting services such as therapy and support groups. All services are confidential and free of charge to survivors.
