About

Who are we? The André E. Lalonde National Facility for AMS uses Accelerator Mass Spectrometry (AMS), other specialized mass spectrometers and radiometric counting equipment, to measure trace amounts of radioactive and rare stable isotopes for many different scientific disciplines. What we offer: In-house sample-specific laboratories provide high quality sample extraction and preparation services for a wide variety of materials and applications. Our labs specializes in the development and validation of AMS and sample preparation techniques and procedures for new materials and applications. - Analyses for radiocarbon, tritium, noble gases, actinides, radiohalides, and cosmogenic nuclides - Ultra-low detection limits for environmental, industrial, and regulatory applications - Precision measurements supported by rigorous QA/QC protocols - Flexible turnaround options for routine and priority analyses
