In 2014, Dries made the transition from biochemistry to the A-Team at Normec Advipro. Since then, he has grown from working on calibration and validation projects in cleanrooms to his current role as HVAC Project Engineer at Pfizer. There, he combines technical expertise with team leadership, takes on challenging projects such as cleanroom validations, and contributes to sustainable innovations. Through his role in the teambuilding team and the strong bond with his colleagues, he experiences variety and collaboration every day.
