The Institute for Peace and Security Studies (IPSS) is the premiere institute for education, research, and policy dialogues on peace and security in Africa. Its mission is to serve its African stakeholders through: - Education and professional development: provide state-of-the-art education and professional development programmes in peace and security in Africa. - Policy Dialogue: develop, organise, and support forums in peace and security in Africa to engage African stakeholders in policy dialogue. - Research: conduct action-oriented research that promotes practical African-led solutions for peace and security challenges in Africa.
